                        近十多年你放心來,材料表面的研究■在國防、科技、工業、農業領域得到廣泛應用,特別是離①子鍍塗層在工具、模具、儀器部件、裝飾等方面的應用,收到了很大的經濟效益和社會效益。因此,塗層的各項機械性能的檢測是當前塗層產♂品開發的關鍵,塗層產品的各項技術指針也成為供需雙方首先關註的焦點※。當前硬質塗層機械性能的常規檢測有硬度檢測、結合力︾檢測、摩擦性能和耐磨強度檢】測、粗糙度檢哈哈哈測、彈性模↓量檢測、厚度檢測等。MFT-4000多功能材料表面性能試驗儀運用摩擦力◤檢測技術、聲發射■檢測技術、位移測量技術及微機自控技術,實現了在□一臺儀器上對材料表面多項機械性能的檢測。


                 
                工作原理

                多功能材料表面性能試驗機火正微微一楞
                        多功能材料表面試驗機以組①件的方式實現了對材料的多種機械性□ 能檢測。具有壓痕試笑意驗、劃痕試驗、往復摩擦試→驗、粗糙度檢測、彈性模量々檢測、臺階儀。
                壓痕試驗模式:
                        用來檢測塗層與基▲體的結合力的臨界載荷。通過金剛石壓頭逐漸增大載荷作用於試『樣表面,通過顯微鏡觀察壓痕變化,當壓⌒ 痕周圍出現較大裂紋時,表明▓塗層的結合力失效,此時的載荷為塗層結合力的臨界載荷。

                劃痕試驗:
                         用來檢測塗層與基體的結合力的臨界載荷。通過自動加載機構將負荷連▼續加至劃針(金剛石壓頭)上,同時移動ㄨ試樣,使劃針劃過塗層表面,通過各傳感器獲取塗層脫落時的聲發射信號和摩擦力變化信號,得到塗層與基◥體的結合力的臨界載荷。

                往ぷ復摩擦試驗模式:
                         用來檢測材料表面或塗層的摩擦系數和磨損率(耐磨強度)。運用球-盤、銷-盤摩擦原理,將砝碼或可變載入機構加至磨球上∩,材料試樣隨試驗臺以設再這麽下去定的速度、頻率,實現動態加載或固定加載下摩擦副(點-面、線-面、面-面)的往復勻速直線運動,通過傳感器獲取摩擦時的摩擦力信號,經過計算機運算得到材料表面在特定條件(不同載荷、不同速度)下的摩擦系▽數曲線。

                粗糙度試驗模式:
                        用來檢測材料表面的粗糙度。將微△小載荷(0.05N)施加劃針◢上,作用於試樣表面,試樣以勻速直線運●動,通過◥位移傳感器得到劃〓針的微小波動,經過計算機處理得材料表面的粗糙度。

                彈性模量檢測:
                      用來檢測材料表面◥或塗層的彈性模量。將載荷按設定的加載速率由壓頭作用於試樣表面,通過位移傳感器,經過計日後也更加容易突破到上品神器和極品神器算機處理得到材料的載荷-深度曲線,再按設定的卸除速率得到卸除時的載荷-深度曲線,通過≡兩組數據經過計算得到材料的彈性模量。

                臺階儀:
                         用來檢測塗層的》厚度。將微小載荷(0.05N)施加劃針上★,作『用於塗層表面,試樣以勻速直線運動,通過位移傳感╳器得到劃針的微小波動,經過計算機處理得到塗層和基體的落差曲線,由此得到塗層的厚度。

                磨損量:
                        用來檢測材料表面的磨痕截面積。將微小載荷(0.05N)施加劃針上,作用於塗層表面,試樣以勻速直線運動,通過位移傳感器得到劃針的微小波動,經過曲線處理得到磨痕截面積,通過計算得到磨損體積。

                MFT-4000 Multi-functional Tester for Material Surface Properties

                      Over the past decades, the research on material surface has been widely used in national defense, science and technology, industry and agriculture, especially the applications of ion-plating coatings in tools, molds, instrument parts, decoration and etc. has received a lot of economical and social benefits. Therefore, the evaluations of the mechanical properties of the coating are becoming the key to the current coating product-development,and various technical standards of coating products have become the focus of both supply and demand.
                Principle of operations:
                     The testing of a variety of mechanical properties of the material is achieved by using different components. Different tests such as the indentation test, scratch test, reciprocating friction test, elastic modulus test and roughness measurement can be carried out in this machine.

                The indentation test mode:

                     It is used to measure the critical load of the adhesive force between the coating and the substrate. The increasing load is applied on the surface of the substrate through the diamond indenter, now the load will be named the critical load which was observed by microscope around the indentation and indicated the failure of adhesive force.

                Scratch test:

                Reciprocating friction test mode:

                     It is used to measure the friction coefficient and wear rate (abrasion resistance) of the coating. Based on the ball-on-disk principle, the weights or variable loading mechanism were applied on the grinding balls, the material sample is fixed on the test stand and the friction pairs can realize the reciprocating uniform linear motion with fixed speed and frequency under dynamic loading or fixed-loaded. The friction coefficient curve under the specific conditions (varied loads and speeds) will be obtained by computing the friction force signal collected by the sensor.

                Roughness test mode:

                     It is used to evaluate the roughness of the material surface. A micro load (0.05 N) is applied on the stylus which acts on the surface of the coating, while the sample is moved with uniform motion in a straight line. The roughness can be obtained by analyzing the slight fluctuations of the stylus measured through the displacement sensor

                The test of elasticity modulus:

                     It is used to measure the elasticity modulus of the material surface or coating. The loads are applied on the surface of sample with a double set of loading and unloading rate,the load-depth and unload-depth curve will be obtained by processing the data collected through the displacement sensor. Comparing two sets of data,the modulus of elasticity of the material will be obtained by calculation.

                Profilometer:

                     It is used to measure the thickness of the coating. A micro load (0.05 N) is applied on the stylus which acts on the surface of the coating, while the sample is moved with uniform motion in a straight line. The thickness of the coating can be obtained from the profile curve between the substrate and the coating, which is derived from the processed data measured through the displacement sensor for the slight fluctuation of the stylus.

                Wear rate:

                     It is used to measure the cross-sectional area of the wear scar of the material. A micro load (0.05 N) is applied on the stylus which acts on the surface of the coating, while the sample is moved with uniform motion in a straight line. The wear volume of the coating can be obtained from the cross-sectional area of the wear scar, which is derived from the processed data measured through the displacement sensor for the slight fluctuation of the stylus.
